Delivery Return Policy: Refunds/Exchanges: We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item you bought is defective/broken. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at hello@myleaffarm.com with details of the merchandise and therefore the defect. Photo evidence could also be required for verification, we’ll fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within an inexpensive period of your time, whether you’re entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you’re entitled to a replacement or refund, we’ll replace the merchandise or refund the acquisition price, using the first method of payment.

General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item isn’t available at the time you place your order, we’ll notify you and refund you the entire amount of your order, using the first method of payment, or together with your consent, we’ll source the merchandise and ship it as soon because it becomes available. Delivery Location:

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery and to adults over the age of 18. We ship all packages through UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX prepaid delivery service. All orders are vacuum sealed and discreetly packaged.

Delivery Time:

The average delivery times to most locations are between 1-3 business days, for remote locations 3-5 days depending. So, after the product is ship out, the tracking number is going to be emailed to the customer. However, the tracking number is often entered on UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx website and can give information on where the package is and when the estimated delivery time is going to be. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, instead of the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to satisfy your order within two business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we don’t ship on Sunday. Date of delivery may vary thanks to shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and therefore the items ordered. Products are often even delivered in separate shipments.
